How to use a strap on
So, you are interested in harnessing up and penetrating a partner? Or maybe your partner is getting ready to penetrate YOU! Get some tips on how to do that below!
Wearing a harness can be a bit intimidating at first, despite how simple it may appear. While the concept and intended function is the same across all harnesses, there is variation on how some work.

First, find the right equipment that suits your needs. Most basic harnesses fit a wide range of bodies and accept a lot of dildos/attachments. A basic harness is identified by having a waist strap and thigh straps that meet at central location and an o-ring. However, there are a lot of specialty harnesses that may sized or intended for a specific purpose. Also, some do not have changeable o-rings that limit the size of attachments that can be used. It is easy to determine, just look for the ring and see if it is held with snaps.

Acceptable attachments/dildo for a standard harness with o-ring: Any with flared base or suction cup. A dildo with testicles/scrotum can work, but are not recommended.

Attach dildo: Suction cup - slightly fold suction cup and slide one end into and behind ring. Bend the other end under and through the ring. Flared base - loosen straps running through backer from behind the ring. Once enough space is made, put dildo through ring until base rests against ring.

Put on harness: Most harnesses are waist and thigh strapped, similar to a climbing harness.
